The Semi-Annual Report (SAR 7) is required to keep receiving your CalWORKs, CalFresh, and/or General Assistance benefits.
For most households, your SAR 7 is due on the 5th of the sixth month after your application or last annual renewal.
All households that receive CalFresh benefits must complete a SAR 7 documenting their income, property, and any changes to their household.
The SAR 7 must be submitted to the Social Services Agency by the date requested or your CalFresh benefits could be discontinued.
There are two options when it comes to the Printable SAR 7 Form online.
You can fill it out online in pdf form, save it and submit the completed form online or in-person to a California Social Services Office. or;
You can download it in pdf form, fill it out and submit it online or in-person to a California Social Services Office.

It is important that you complete your SAR 7 form accurately.

If you are new to the California YourBenefitsNow portal, the YourBenefitsNow website is used by Los Angeles County residents.
You can use it to apply for and manage government assistance programs such as California Food Stamps (CalFresh), CalWORKs, General Relief, and MediCal.
Not all counties in California use the C4Yourself online portal to apply for benefits or manage their benefits.
